Day 10: Long Cycle

At 10 fell on a Saturday, which according to the plan is a 25 mile bike ride. It was wet and cold outside so I did my ride on the trainer on the garage using Zwift. Zwift is a lifesaver for these things. I get to listen to news/music while following a well-structured plan on the screen in front of me. The only issue I have (and it’s actually a good thing) is that on the trainer there are no breaks and no downhills. You’re spinning the entire 25 miles so now my legs are screaming at me.
