Day 19: 4 miles on the treadmill
Nothing too exciting today, just 4 miles on the treadmill. In fact today’s plan called for a swim and run but I ended up going to the Warriors/Pacers game last night in Oakland and didn’t get home until almost midnight. When my alarm went off this morning I was in no mood for exercising so I decided in my sleep-deprived state that I would move the swim to Thursday. This just means that I’ll have swim training on back-to-back days. Oh well, there are worse things in life.
One thing this training is teaching me is just how important sleep is to functioning properly. Anything under 7 hours means things won’t be pretty the next day. Here’s hoping that I sleep well tonight.
